Farm to Fork: A Farm-Fresh Cooking Workshop

Have you ever wondered where your food came from? Are you discouraged by the labels from far off places on your food? Have you ever wanted to harvest, prepare and enjoy your food all in one afternoon? If you are searching for something more—searching for a connection to the food that nourishes your body, searching for the joy and freedom of cooking without a recipe—then this is a workshop for you!
During this workshop, you will learn about farming and gardening, you will learn about the process of growing and harvesting ingredients. You will then take the fresh ingredients and learn how to prepare them into delicious, family-friendly dishes. The kitchen will become a place of creativity as you learn how to cook without a recipe, using intuition, vision and your relationship with the food as your guide. You will also get a chance to milk our goats and learn how to make cheese.
